Peer Review Process

The JCEHE does not charge article processing fees, or submission fees.

Upon the submission of a manuscript, a technical review will be conducted. The purpose of the technical review is to verify that a manuscript meets the Author's Guidelines and is best positioned for the content review. If edits need to be made, the author will be contacted by the Editor.

Once the manuscript is ready for a content review, it will be subject to a double-blind peer review. All manuscripts are reviewed by reviewers selected by the JCEHE Editor. The editor will select reviewers based on a congruence between the manuscript's title, and keywords and a reviewer's interests.

The JCEHE is accepting reviewers. If you are interested, please complete the following survey. Within the survey you will be asked to upload your resume or vitae. Survey Link : https://indstate.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2aixlcBOkAFBq8m
