Focus and Scope

The Business Ed Digest was created to further encourage the goals of scholarship, leadership, and cooperation within the profession of business education. The goals of the Digest are to help improve business education, to encourage exceptional research achievement, and to publicize research in the profession.

Manuscripts submitted for consideration by Business Ed Digest should focus on instructional philosophy, theory, or practice of business education. Comprehensive reviews of literature and reports of research and methodology are also published.  All articles should relate to current issues, cite appropriate literature, and have direct implications for business educators. Manuscripts should not have been published or be under current consideration for publication by other journals.

Publication Frequency

The Business Ed Digest will publish "two" volumes during a calendar year.  The publication dates will be July 1 and January 1.  Articles will be added as they are reviewed and accepted.  The deadline for articles to appear online for the July 1 issue is April 30.  The deadline for articles to appear in the January 1 is November 30.  Articles accepted after these dates will be in the next journal issue.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
